la Rancher71 : For those of you not medically literate, dorsal is the top, ventral is the bottom. Agreed, you must measure on the dorsal side as the pubic bone limits it to the max penetration depth. When doing width, always chose the thickest part of the shaft. Agreed again, foreskin must always be pulled back for those of you fortunate enough to still have one. Centimeters are also preferred as they’re more concise than inches. Always use a soft ruler/measuring tape, that way any curvature can be easily taken into account. If in question, use a toilet paper roll. If you fit through it with little room to spare you’re normal. If you entire glans is outside the end of the tube, you’re also normal (with different sized heads this is a rough but quick way to find out).

You ALWAYS measure the dorsal side of the penis for ALL measurement whether flaccid or erect. Start at the Pubic Bone (feel for it), pull the foreskin back and measure. Simple.
